Ms Jones has held the position since 2013.
Labour's Ros Jones has been re-elected as mayor of the town for the third time.
Votes were counted throughout the night at Doncaster Racecourse.
Ms Jones received a total of 31,232 votes after the first and second preference count.
James Hart who stood as the conservative candidate received the second largest number of votes with 21,019.
The turnout was 28.05% which is slightly less than that of the last mayoral election in the town back in 2017.
